如果单从语法上看,I-134和I864都可以一表担保多人.
I-134:"4 That this affidavit is made by me for the purpose of assuring the United States Government that the person(s) named in item 3 will not become a public charge in the United States. "
I-864:"9. I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.:"
但具体来说还要区别对待. K1+K2我不清楚.
但我的朋友给父母办移民时材料被打了回去就是因为她给父母只准备了一份I-864.
根据I-864说明,如果申请是两人用了两张I-130表,则每人需要独立的I-864.
Do I Need to Submit a SeparateAffidavit for Each Family Member?
You must submit a Form I-864 affidavit of support for each量intending immigrant you are sponsoring. You may submit photocopies if you are sponsoring more than one intending immigrant listed on the same affidavit of support.
Separate affidavits of support are required for intending immigrants for whom different Form I-130 family-based petitions were filed. For instance, if you are sponsoring both parents, each will need an original affidavit of support and accompanying documentation since you were required to submit separate Form I-130 visa petitions for each parent.

由于近来很多朋友都问到K类签证带孩子如何做担保书I-134,我现在就整理一个祥细的帖子,如你们的LG和GG不明白,你们也可能复制英文部分让他了解吧.
1.K类签证的面签用I-134就可以了；
2.凡是K1+K2或K3+K4,如无特殊情况下,都要做每人一份I-134(这在I-134表说明的第一点 Aeparate affidavit must be submitted for each person.就讲得很清楚)，那就是K1带一个K2就要两份I-134，如此类推，K3带K4也雷同；
3.如要准备两份以上的I-134,可以填写完一份表格没有签名的情况下复制几份,然后到银行找公证员公证时,就在每一个复印件上签名,公证员就会公证你需要的I-134。
英文可参照以下说明：
Aeparate affidavit must be submitted for each person.
If you need more than one affidavit, fill out the entire form but leave the signature blank, then sign each copy and
the original in the presence of a notary to have as many notarized copies as you need. It states in the directions
that you can do this.
注：以上说明都是针对I-134，如果移民类签证，I-864表格一份就可以同时担保几个人（同一个案例）。
我面签时就给了一份I-134, 我是K-3 带K-4的, 但VO 要求补材料时没要求再补这个, 只要求补关系, 现在我已经将要求补的都寄过去了, 如果我自己补寄这个I-134, , 是不是不容许的?
