JMS的面期陆续出来了，想必大家都在开始准备各类声明信，希望这篇声明信样板汇总能给你大家作个参考。由于涉及太多个人隐私，我删掉了部分内容，请大家谅解！
一、GG的声明信样板（适用于K1）

Dear USA Visa Application Officer,
SUBJECT: FIANCE VISA FOR 受益人姓名
I would like to describe in part our relationship in support of my fiancé visa application and set out our current position and future plans.
Relationship：
I and （受益人姓名） met on a *** website at the （时间）, our relationship was made up at the beginning of daily letters telling each other about ourselves, our lives, our likes and dislikes as well as telling each other about our hopes and dreams for the future. Everyday the letters became longer and more personal, everyday we felt a little more comfortable in telling each other more about ourselves. We both found the letters a source of joy and wrote everyday a habit we continue to this day.
Over a period of several months it became obvious that we were becoming closer and closer as the letters were supplemented by e-cards, photos and music files being shared, although we had never met we were falling in love with the words contained within the daily letters. Although we were separated by thousands of miles we had become integral parts of each other lives and we both looked forward to opening our mails, in fact we have written everyday without fail and we both still look forward to seeing the letter in our mailbox.
As are relationship grew we decided to exchange telephone numbers and we began to talk regularly on the telephone and also write to each other daily. Our telephone calls are sometimes short because of the time difference but we often talk for hours every week. (We have supplied itemised telephone bills that show almost daily telephone calls between us). It is very difficult because of the time difference between America and China to speak regularly however; we have both arranged our lives around this precious time. It has also become our habit to send text messages to each other during the day although we live a part it is if we are already married as we are in constant communication with each other.
When it became obvious to both of us that we had fallen in love and that we shared so much in common we decided to spend some time together, I flew to China in (时间) and we spent (停留时间) living together. It was a fantastic time and we fell very deeply in love and we set out plans to marry. We spent a very happy time together, I was introduced to （受益人的）family and I explained our plans and asked 受益人的 father for permission to marry me. Once （受益人的） father had given his blessing I proposed to 受益人 and she said yes, it was one of the happiest moments in my life.
I returned to USA and since (日期)， we have spoken nearly everyday on the telephone and we have continued to write, this separation has been very difficult for both of us.
Marriage Plans：
As stated earlier I and 受益人 intend to marry in （日期）. Our immediate plans once the visa has been granted is to arrange our marriage. We plan only a small wedding at（美国的结婚地点） registry office. We then plan to invite my family and friends for a meal at a restaurant to celebrate the happy day. We plan then to go away together on our honeymoon.

二、LG的声明信样板（适用于CR1，IR1，K3）

We met （说明你们何时何地认识彼此以及认识彼此的过程）,(以何种方式保持联系) we still continue to speak to one another almost everyday in this manner.
I realized that (受益人姓名) became a very important part of my life(在此表明申请人对受益人的感情)I really want to meet her in person.
这段说明申请人何时来中国与受益人如何度过的。接下来申请人可以说明前次失败的婚姻以及前妻的缺点（如适用）并且表明受益人的优点以及与前妻的不同之处，相比这下认为受益人是如何的好,所以决定与她（他）结婚。然后是求婚过程，结婚过程。这段的结尾说明受益人何时离开中国。
（1）如果多次来中国须说明每一次来和离开的精确时间，留停多久，用什么方式买的机票以及谁付的机票钱。
（2）如果申请人回中国仅一两次，一定要说明无法回来的充分理由。

请问声明信要在什么时候给的？是不是面证时必需的？
很多事情，ML比较乐意接受美国方面的说辞，而且还是公证过的。

烦人的签订让我等的太痛。我不知道还要不要去MG，因为我的心上人在哪里。我LG说不要急，我们是真心相爱，上帝会帮助我们的。去年的K1BEIJU让我万分伤心，亿分痛KU。我没有要求BU任何材料就说关系不真实，如今我对签证官公证的对待每一个档案不相信。他们把我的档案放在移民局要我LG写信取消K1。唉！我就这么多KU难等着我。太累太累了，我不明白真心相爱就真的要受那么多的折磨吗？我难道这一辈子就只有在两地相思中度过吗？太残忍了。
